Meet Your Host

Jack Lima is a motivational speaker, nationally qualified Men’s Physique competitor, and host of the podcast Step into the Light: Silence Kills. Courage Heals. Through his platform, he creates a space for raw, unfiltered conversations that challenge stigma, break silence, and encourage people to turn personal pain into powerful transformation.

Jack’s career began in public service, where he trained as a police cadet with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and went on to serve as an Essex County Sheriff. Alongside his service background, he pursued athletics at the highest levels, earning recognition as one of the top amateur athletes in Men’s Physique.

His dedication to discipline, resilience, and perseverance has become the foundation of his work as both an athlete and speaker.

Today, Jack leverages his unique life experiences to help individuals and organizations alike embrace courage, foster resilience, and step into their full potential. His mission is to show that adversity is not the end of the road, but the fuel that drives true greatness.

Because I believe no one should have to suffer alone and that every voice matters.
